My approach
I'm Lara, passionate about movement and well-being. What drives me is simple: helping people feel better — in their bodies, in their minds, and in their lives.
My approach to Pilates is rooted in this belief: when we regain physical stability, we also rediscover mental clarity and self-confidence. This is especially true during pregnancy and postpartum, when the body goes through so many changes and we need to reconnect with ourselves.
Every body is unique, and every motherhood journey is different. The private sessions I offer are designed with this in mind. Together, we move forward at your own pace, taking into account your energy levels and personal goals.
You are welcome to come on your own or bring someone along, and babies are always welcome!
Sessions take place at Le Nid or in the comfort of your own home (Southwest and Ville-Marie).

When to see me
You can book a session with me if you are:
● Pregnant and looking to stay active safely, relieve back pain, and prepare your body for childbirth.
● A new mom (once you have received medical clearance) and want to ease back into physical activity at your own pace.
● Looking to rebuild your stability: experiencing a feeling of a “soft” or weakened core, reduced abdominal strength, or poor posture from carrying and breastfeeding your baby.
● Experiencing tension or discomfort in your back, neck, or shoulders.
● Feeling exhausted or disconnected from your body, and in need of some time for yourself — to breathe, recharge, and reconnect.
● Looking for an activity you can enjoy and share with your baby.
