My approach
What if taking care of yourself simply began with learning to feel more at home in your body?
I’m here to support you with gentleness, kindness and without judgment, adapting to your story, your needs and your pace.
For me, sophrology is a path towards greater overall well-being. By working with the body, breathing and awareness, it can help you gradually find calm, navigate your emotions more easily and draw on your own inner resources.
My approach is deeply personal. I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all method: together, we shape an approach around what you’re experiencing today—whether you’re going through a stressful period or a life change, preparing for the birth of a child, undergoing fertility treatment, facing a health challenge, or simply hoping to feel better in your day-to-day life.
Who am I?
Before becoming a certified sophrologist, I went through several experiences that led me to reflect deeply on my relationship with my body, stress and well-being: a demanding career in a senior management role; motherhood and preparing for the births of my two children; and the news that I had a chronic condition, lipedema, and learning to live with it. My personal experiences, reflections and research gradually led me to sophrology.
I discovered a discipline that helps people reconnect with themselves, calm the mind and rediscover resources that may have been overshadowed by stress, pain or life’s challenges.
Over the past several years, my professional practice has allowed me to support people with a wide range of needs and life experiences. This work has gradually enriched my approach and helped me refine my areas of expertise.
Today, I bring together my experience as a sophrologist and my personal experience, particularly in supporting people with stress, motherhood, body image and the challenges faced by women living with a chronic condition.
I’m especially committed to supporting women and children, and more broadly anyone wishing to find greater balance, confidence and peace of mind.
Respect, confidentiality, attentive listening and a judgment-free approach are at the heart of my practice. The full professional code of ethics for sophrologists, which I adhere to rigorously, is available on request.
